When I Truly Understood What Purpose-Driven Means…

It was 12 years ago. I was 22 years old, sitting in my student room. It was in the period where I was finishing my master’s thesis… soon I would be receiving my degree in Business.

A friend had handed me a book and I decided to check it out. It was a non-fiction book, yet it was nothing like those boring books university made us buy. I flipped through the pages and quickly got hooked. Strange… this normally only happened when I read fiction. I felt like I was supposed to find it boring, yet the text appealed to me unlike anything I read before.

  • Was it because it was more “real” than those theoretical books I bought for my study?
  • Was it because it was more about myself as a person, rather than abstract concepts?
  • Was it because intuitively I felt that this book contained deeper truths than I had ever seen?

While all of the above are true, most of all I felt empowered. I felt that by understanding myself better, I would be able to do and become anything I put my mind to.

I closed the book again and looked at the cover. It read:

Stephen Covey – The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Since that day I’ve been obsessed with personal development. And I noticed that our WIN Mastermind members have a similar drive to understand and improve themselves daily. Because we all understand one thing:

The better we understand ourselves, our minds, our bodies, the better we are able to leverage our talents and the BIGGER THE IMPACT we make.

In this light, a special announcement is coming up soon:

Recently, I met an expert who works with leading edge science to help professional sports players. They hire him to better know their bodies and minds, so that they achieve better results with less effort.

Of course it made me curious, so I got him to do a session with me as well. Since that day… my life has been turned upside down. I feel more energy and more self-confidence than ever before!
